- What is your project turnaround time?
Basic project turnaround time is 3-5 business days. However, we can oftentimes turn orders around in the same or next business day, when needed. Our expert team understands that emergencies sometimes pop up, so we are capable and ready to assist with any urgent project emergencies. In addition, our established customers enjoy same-day service through our ‘Just-In-Time’ program.
- Can you provide on-site packaging?
Yes, we can! We are fully prepared for crating commercial or military packaging on-site. This includes barrier bags, labeling, vacuum-sealing, and foam inserts.
- Do you provide labels?
Yes, we are able to provide 2D, RFID, or barcode labels for any order.
- Do you package small parts?
Yes, one of the areas of industry that we specialize in is small parts packaging. All small parts packaging takes place in our state-of-the-art, government-approved ESD room.
- Do you package electronic parts?
Yes, our government-approved ESD room is fully-prepared to safely and effectively protect your sensitive eletronic devices and parts. Our expert team is prepared for any method of pack for electronic parts.
- Do you provide egg-crate foam?
Yes, we are capable of providing convoluted, or “egg-crate,” foam.
- Can you provide packaging supplies?
Yes, we offer packaging supplies for purchase and can also handle all of your shipping department needs.
